Couchbase using too much CPU and RAM

I checked and found that the 30% utilization is of whole CPU not just 1 core which is too high for any process.
Many people reported this earlier but no solution suggested:

Hello, The sigar_port is consuming upto 35% of CPU and 30% consistently all the time. I’m running Community Edition 6.6.0 build 7909. It is leading to my computer throttling all the time. What is the reason and how can it be fixed? Thanks.

sigar_port consuming 1.5gb of ram and 10% cpu usage

After upgrading to Couchbase 2.1.0 on a Windows Server 2012 machine with 2 memcache buckets and 2 couchbase buckets yesterday at 16.00, we this morning found the sigar_port process consuming alot of RAM and CPU. The buckets have no traffic at all under this period. We restarted the services which helped a bit, but sigar_port is again climbing in memory usage. Is this common?
