At Couchbase we’re focused on providing a smooth and seamless interaction with us, both online and in person. As such, we’re working hard to improve your experience on both the Couchbase Forums and Community Directory, and will be eliminating OneLogin from the sign-in process during our upgrade of these two programs.

On Monday, March 11, 2019 we will remove the OneLogin SSO option. You will now be able to log into both of these systems using either your Google/Facebook/Linkedin or GitHub ID. And to support our future online improvements to the forums, you’ll need to re-login on Tuesday, March 12 to guarantee that your forum history and activity will be carried over after the upgrade. Be sure to keep your same email or username for the forum when registering for the Couchbase Forums / Community Directory.

Below are some FAQ’s to learn more about the process and how to preserve your forum history during the upgrade.
