Access Couchbase Lite REST API from a Browser

Hi All,

I am new to Couchbase and have been reading up on the Couchbase Mobile suite.

I have a couple of questions.

1. Is it possible to connect to a local Couchabse Lite REST API from javascript running in a Browser?
2. Is it possible to connect to a Couchabse Server via a REST API from javascript running in a Browser to query data?

yes, here is a example by using phonegap.
