Happy to announce the release of Couchbase Lite 2.0 Developer Build 15 (DB 15) . The DB15 release is available for iOS(Swift, ObjC), .NET , Android platforms and includes unicode collation support , enhancements to FTS APIs and other bug fixes.

Hi @priya.rajagopal,

Do you have a tentative date when this will be production ready. I know this question may have been asked by a lot of people and ETA’s are one of the most frustrating thing. But then too planning can be done when you know by this time tentatively it will be there.

We will be changing a lot of code in our apps to support CBL 2.0. And it does save lot of debugging and development effort. Both on server and app side. So for our future clients we will be looking to use enterprise edition. But then again it is important to know when it will be out. So if it crosses our deadlines then we can currently stabilise our apps on 1.4 and then refactor apps for 2.0

We are planning on going GA with CBM 2.0 by end of this year - tentatively the Nov time frame. Hope that helps. Tagging @daniel.petersen
