Auditing of PII data

Is anyone aware of any solutions for auditing access to PII data stored in a Couchbase cluster? We have the data encrypted but need detailed audit logging of any access to or modification of the documents storing PII data.

I have seen various solution for encrypting data at rest in Couchbase but nothing for user level auditing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
