Can not connect Couchbase which is on Windows Server(Connection timeout)

I am newbie on this stuff and sw-developer can not understand networking issues perfectly. I am trying to build a new system. I took a windows server on google cloud and i set up a couchbase server on it.(I am connecting server via rdp).And i opened some specific ports on firewall to allow connection on my local machine at the same time i forwarded these port on my router.My question is when i trying to reach 8091 port via telnet im getting connection time out. what should i do?

I am not a specialist on GCloud but you can try the following steps:

  1. Is the machine public? If so, probably the ports were not opened correctly.

  2. If the machine is in a private network, you will need to configure a socks proxy
