Cbdocloader unable to upload documents

Hi, using cbdocloader , I am able to create a bucket but the documents are not uploading to a bucket.
it is showing the following error.

Fail to read json file with error:No JSON object cou ld be decoded

(JSON files are in utf-8 format).
