CBL Document Deletion Management

Hi All,
we have a scenario with CB Server, Sync Gateway and a Xamarin App equipped with CBL.
We’ve noticed that after having deleted a document in CB server, the document, that was already synced and transfered to the mobile, still remains available in the CBL on the mobile.
Is there any particular configuration or activity to do on sync gateway configuration or mobile code to perform in order to correctly face the document deletion?

I am not sure I understand the issue.
Are you stating that you delete the document on server but the delete is not synchronized to CBL client?
If so,
How are you deleting the document on server?
What does the _raw output of the document return?
Check Sync Gateway logs for any useful messages
