Change Audit settings using API or command line

I can turn Auditing on or off via Couchbase CLI (“couchbase-cli setting-audit”).
Can other auditing settings be changed via the command line, or an API call?
i.e. " Filterable Events" tick boxes, or “Ignore Filterable Events From These Users”.

I’m using Couchbase Server 6.02.
