Couch base lite rest api calling from web app

I am calling couch base rest api from web app and getting following error :

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://10.34.193.4:3689/kis-database/138. Response to preflight request doesn’t pass access control check: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://dolnxprodvm632:8580’ is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 401.
