Couchbase 7.1.1 service running but not working

CB version: couchbase-server-community-7.1.1

sudo service couchbase-server status
Starting couchbase-server
[ OK ]

sudo lsof -i tcp:8091
Nothing running on the port.

can not connect to web console.

Not able to start the service or connect to CB from console or from the application.

Enable the ports.

Check logs
