Couchbase Indexer issues

We are facing following issue when we inserted large records in Couhbase.

“Indexer In Bootstrap State. Please retry the request later. from 127.0.0.1:9101 - cause: Indexer In Bootstrap State. Please retry the request later. from 127.0.0.1:9101”

Warning: Cannot communicate with indexer process. Information on indexes may be stale. Will retry.

System Configuration
Version: 4.5.1-2845 Community Edition (build-2845)
Ram Quota:9 GB
Index Ram Quota:1GB
Bucket Size:Two buckets with 5 and 3 GB each.

I have seen the same issue posted here but not able to figure out any solution from them.

@omi.ashish, “Indexer In Bootstrap State" indicates that the Indexer process is crashing. Large records are ignored by the index service (although there was a bug around handling this which can affect some corner cases). That bug got fixed in 4.6.3.

We can check the actual reason of the failure from the logs.
