Couchbase Server Blank Screen on Setup Page

Hi everyone,
I recently installed Couchbase Server 7.1 on my system. After completing the installation, I was redirected to the setup page at localhost:8091/index.html. However, the page appears completely a blank white screen in both Firefox and Chrome, with an HTTP 500 error showing in the console. Internet Explorer also fails to load the page, displaying a message that says cannot view the page due to the same HTTP 500 error.

I have double checked that the Couchbase Server service is running and verified my network connection but blank screen issue persists.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, or does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this blank white screen background and how to resolve it?

You might try reinstalling.
Also check there is sufficient disk space.
You could also check the logs.

I will try reinstalling, checking disk space, and reviewing the logs to see if any issues pop up to solve this blank screen.

Before reinstalling, I would try a hard browser refresh of the page, to clear out the cache.
I have occasionally seen this issue on changing Couchbase versions, and this fixed it for me.
