After updating Couchbase Server to version 7.2.2, I am now encountering a white screen issue when trying to access the Couchbase Web UI (Admin Console).
The browser tab title still displays “Couchbase Web Console,” but the interface itself does not load, leaving only a blank white screen. The server appears to be running, and I can confirm that Couchbase processes are active, but I can’t interact with the UI.
I have already tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, switching between different browsers Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, restarting the Couchbase server, and even accessing it from a different system, but the issue persists.
I also checked the logs but didn’t find any obvious errors. I am running Couchbase on Ubuntu 22.04.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to reset the Web UI or fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
