Seeking advice if it is possible to change the default Log file location after Couchbase has been installed on a Windows Platform?
If it is possible, seeking advice on the recommended process to do so.

Thanks for using our products.
We do allow to change default log path to custom path but we do not support it as shown in this document

Static_config file path on windows is C:\Program Files\Couchbase\Server\etc\couchbase\static_config
