Getting connection degraded and outdated configuration, channel inactive messages frequently using CB 7.1.3 and spring CB version 3.1.9.RELEASE

Getting frequently channel inactive and attempting to reconnect, connection degraded, outdated configuration messages in logs. Any specific reason for these messages is the connection getting lost as I see sometimes connection timeout errors. Any config changes to be updated to resolve this.
