How do I get access to jira.issues.couchbase.com?

After creating an account, I am seeing

<redacted> doesn't have access to Jira on jira.issues.couchbase.com.

I used to be able to submit issues in the past. My goal is to submit a bug report

Is there a new process?

For SDKs, the plan is to enable the ‘issues’ on the github repos.
For now - if you describe the issue, I can open a ticket.
Or if you have Enterprise Edition, it can be done through Customer Support.

Hey @yeikel, with our recent migration, you should have received an email with some info about the migration. Rest assured, we certainly want you to be able to track tickets and give us feedback-- we just had to make some changes because of how some of the structure around JIRA and JIRA Cloud changed.

Any updates about this? It is a bit unfortunate that we can no longer participate on the open source conversation
