How to Link Additional Collections?

I’ve been all through the Capella web UI and for the life of me can’t figure out where/how to add additional Linked Collections to a Scope. I’ve got one bucket, linked to one scope and a single collection linked in there with a corresponding access control script.

Where/how do I link additional collections? I assume it’s in Access Control and Validation, but I’ve looked everywhere else I can think of to try and add a linked collection. I actually need to link several but don’t know where to do it.
