How to upgrade Couchbase EE 2.2.0 to EE 3.0.2?

Hi,

I have a couchbase enterprise edition 2.2.0 cluster, now I want to upgrade it to EE 3.0.2, I check the document, but still have some doubt.

  1. For offline and online upgrade, it must be upgrade twice, first upgrade to 2.5.2, then upgrade 2.5.2 to 3.0.2 ?

  2. If I created a EE 3.0.2 cluster, then xdcr 2.2.0 -> 3.0.2, does it work?
