This looks quite similar to the issue described here which has a recommendation. Is it the same problem that you are facing? Can you check if the suggestion fixes the problem?
We’re frequently facing the issue of indexer restarts to the point the process gets unavailable and all the indexes start showing stale and eventually node fails over.
