Kafka Connector and Couchbase Server community version

We are using Couchbase Server Community 6.0.0 on GCP and want to stream our Couchbase-data in (near) real-time to BigQuery. It is however not clear to me whether or not you can use the Kafka Connector with the community-version of Couchbase?

If not, are there any other options to send data from Couchbase to BigQuery in (near) real-time?

Yes, the Kafka connector is compatible with Couchbase Server Community Edition.

I’ve filed Jira ticket KAFKAC-280 to make this explicit in the documentation.
