Looking for couchbase client only package which provides cli access

I’m looking for a couchbase client only package which provides cli access without having to install whole couchbase server package.
Can you please help?

We have a tools package coming out with Couchbase Server 7.1.2. You can track it here

Alternatively, you can look at the CB shell project to see if it meets your requirements.
