Memory Quota Node level

Hi Team,

I would like to confirm whether the memory quota set for each node in Couchbase cluster restricts it to that specific limit, or if there is a possibility for it to exceed that quota.

Generally speaking, that is the purpose of a quota. For data services - If it gets all used up, documents are ejected to make more room. Memory | Couchbase Docs
