Node was automatically failed over

Frequently our nodes are failing over automatically by throwing messages like below… Is this something common in Couchbase? Error logs are not giving much information or may be I am not looking at the correct place. Any suggestions?

Automatic failover can happens in response to a number of failover events (Automatic failover documentation). You can turn off automatic failover, but that won’t change the underlying issues that’s causing individual node failure.
