Hi Team,

While going through the Release Notes of CB 7.2, we found a new feature of “Preserve Durable Writes” and we had gone through the CB docs but not able to understand fully about this feature. Please help me to understand this feature.

Could you help me whether to enable this feature in Production system or not.

@vsr1 Could you please help me to understand more on the check box “Preserve durable writes” and on which scenario this should be checked. In practical terms, what should be the impact if we enable it, any referenced blog?

There is a whole section on Preserve Durable Writes in the documentation, complete with examples, scenarios, what it does, ramifications and when you might want to use it. If that is insufficient, use the “Provide Feedback” button which will automatically create a jira documentation ticket.
