Query without View

I would like to ask that why does the Couchbase .NET client require a view to make a query with startkey and endkey? It would be really great if we could get a “Get” method with startkey-endkey parameters.

It might be a bit awkward question, but we can query like this from the Couchbase admin webpage, so why is it not possible from the client?

Thanks for the great question/suggestion. One of things we will be spending a lot of time on during development of the 2.0 SDK is improving the development experience of the API, and this would fall under that umbrella.
