After I upgraded to Couchbase.Lite 2.0.0-db020 (.NET) replication with Sync Gateway (walrus) stopped working. If I go back to DB19 everything works fine. Am I missing something on this latest build?

There is a known issue with replication in .Net DB20 which we uncovered after the release. This has been fixed but will only be available in DB21 (tentatively out in couple of weeks). You can pull from source and rebuild yourself if you want it sooner.
