Setting up Couchbase Lite for iOS development

I am trying to add CouchBase Lite to an iOS app. I am following the instructions for building the framework, but it does not seem to build properly. [https://github.com/couchbase/couchbase-lite-ios].

Is this set of instructions supposed to create the framework file?
