Slow runtime for 'Running a flusher loop: shard 2' on thread writer_worker_0

I get this error regularly on memcached.log and we get intermittent query timeout. The bucket has about 45K items. The size of bucket is about 300MB and allocated 12G of ram. Running CE 5.1.1.

Any suggestion will be appreciated?
