Syncgateway's user getting deleted automatically

Hi,

The syncgateway’s users are getting deleted automatically. I even tried to create a new user with the help of this link: https://docs.couchbase.com/sync-gateway/2.1/admin-rest-api.html#/user/post__db___user_
Still, the user gets deleted.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

What do you mean “deleted automatically”? Under what circumstances?

We do not have any code which deletes the User, But the User document is getting deleted, And this is happening only in 1 environment.
