Unable to rebalance after upgrading from 2.5.2 to 4.1.1

Hello, just upgraded from 2.5.2 to 4.1.1 and I am getting the error below when I try to rebalance the cluster.

Unsuccessful goxdcr upgrade

I’ve done some digging online, but haven’t found anything that has proven to be useful yet. Anyone familiar with this error?

Can anyone help provide some information on this? I’ve literally found nothing of use online and I really need to get this resolved. If needed, I can move to a more stable solution like Mongo or Cassandra.
