We are planning to upgrade from Couchbase.Lite 2.0.3 (Community) version to Couchbase.Lite.Enterprise 2.6 version. Is there anything that we need to tackle from our end before we upgrade? Would it cause any problems with the existing db documents (2.0.3 community edition)? Please advise
There should be no problems upgrading — databases remain compatible.
(But if you downgrade CBL versions, we don’t guarantee compatibility. IIRC, 2.5 made a change in the database schema that prevents earlier versions from opening it. Of course that only applies to local database files, not replication.)
