With "Unlimited query concurrency" restriction in CE, does it cap the performance of read/write qps?

Hi folks,

There is a “Unlimited query concurrency” restriction in CE, which means, it only uses at most 4 cores per node for Query, per What does "Unlimited query concurrency" mean and other licensing questions.

Does that restriction also cap the read/write performance?

I was confident about the performance of CE couchbase over redis + mongoDB. Getting to know that the CE doesn’t include “Unlimited query concurrency” , “Index Partitioning & Replications”, I’m a bit concerned…
